Ceramic filters plate are widely used in foundry industries such as steel, iron, aluminum and copper. It is made of cordierite-mullite and adopts a unique straight-channel honeycomb design, which can increase the specific surface area between the molten metal and the ceramic filter, thereby improving its adsorption capacity and the ability to capture tiny impurities, thereby taking away non- Metal impurities and gases make the metal stable and purify the metal liquid. It can not only reduce casting costs, but also improve casting quality. The ceramic honeycomb cast filter is basically round and square slice shape. The filter can effectively remove impurities and eliminate turbulence in the metal flow. The mullite-based ceramic material has a dense and dense network structure that can withstand thermal shocks and extreme pouring temperatures; the honeycomb design also provides an engineering balance between flow rate and strength.
